I think at some point it is wise to guide your sibling to the 'best' possible outcome for their future based upon your knowledge (history) of NFL interactions. Seems it worked out fantastic for both on their way to the HOF. (Eli will be there THIS year). And NO WAY "Prime" will ever accept being the HC of the Cowboys with Jerra still in charge! 1 Quote

Jerra already had the ULITMATE coach for 'Dem Boyz'.... Jimmy Johnson. But Jerra's head was too full of himself to even acknowledge the situation and be along for the ride, instead of giving credit to a fantastic hire for the circus that WAS the Dallas Cowboys.
