I read this on the internet, so it has to be true!  Paul Finnebaum thinks this cat will return to Gainesville and coach at UF.  As for nearby Florida State, Norvell is a dead man walking, so who's up next?  Deion?  Urban?  Harbaugh?  Sorry, couldn't leave the last one alone😏

Willing to bet Deion was the next one up. he HAS to have a great season from this point forward. I cannot see Urban going anywhere at this point either. The studio job is too easy. And he has too much baggage; not just scandals, but leaving after a short time is a concern as well; wherever he has been.

Fair points, but CU doesn't have anymore non-conference games.  Utah, Arizona, Kansas, K-State...

Pretty good at any SEC school...

I think Temp's comment was about Urban's past behavior...at least as reported out there on the internet.....

Mike Norvell just signed a 10 year $84 mil extension this offseason. He’s owed $65 million if he’s fired this year. FSU fans going to have to suffer a little while longer.

Easier to fire the AD who was responsible for such an extension, or folks at FSU, can perhaps suffer a year and get back following, lots of football to be played under that contract

I'm sure a lot of the Subway alums who truly only care about ND winning at an Elite level and not the actual reputation of the school would be in favor of Urban going to South Bend. Do you strongly feel those actually inside the picture (Alumni such as yourself, Boosters, ND leadership, etc.) wouldn't touch Urban with a 10 foot pool?

ND would never interview Urban let alone hire him.

It is more likely that I’ll set foot on the moon someday than Notre Dame even entertaining the thought for a fleeting second.

Was there ever a time where ND would have considered??

Good question. Unless I missed something, I don't recall there every being issues with his character at Bowling Green or Utah.

They did.......offered him when he was at Utah. They sent a plane to Salt Lake City to pick him up. He sent it back as he took the offer from Florida.

Urban Meyer was actually the wide receivers coach at Notre Dame from 1996-2000.
