IU is better than last year by a significant amount. That defense is nasty, puts pressure on the QB, and are ball hawks. This easily could be 70-10 as they dropped 2 pick 6’s. Just freaking dominant football. As great as Rourke was, Mendoza is a step above, probable top 5 picks in the NFL draft, 39-43 over the last 2 weeks, 14td’s 0 interceptions so far this year
Indiana up 28-7 midway thru the 2nd quarter. Illinois has no answer for the Hoosier offense and outside of a busted coverage, no answer for the Hoosier defense

This team is loaded with talent. Chris Ash would be the sole reason this team sits at home during the playoffs. Freeman needs to take this thing over before it's too late. If he's bold enough to tell a guy like Angeli that he's passed up for a transfer, then he should be bold enough to take this defense over.
Gotta love how Angeli is killing it over at Syracuse. He might be in the Heisman running if he keeps this up.
Never do I prop up North Side. I am probably the loudest and most critical critic of that program on here. Yes, I did pick North to beat Luers based on Snider shutting out Luers last week. We all know how poor the Panthers are this year

I would IMMEDIATELY build a state of the art Stadium in STL and have a 'new' expansion team in place in STL!
I would also hire the most informed individuals that could provide a team and a competitive franchise within a few seasons to placate the fandom of the STL Metropolitan area.
STL has been screwed twice with ownership that has only been concerned about providing tepid competition, and always looking for another opportunity for $$. It became absolutely obvious when SILENT STAN Kroenke and his band of thugs, lied (with the approval of the NFL) to relocate to LA.
I could care less where the balanced franchise for the NFL would be located (San Diego??)... But STL got hosed TWICE!
Tulsa 19, Oklahoma State 12. Gundy's seat has to be red hot by now, especially after a 3-9 record last year. He's been the OSU coach for 21 years, and recently agreed to a cut in salary.
If someone had told me before the season started that our redshirt freshman led offense would score 64 pts. against 2 quality opponents, I’d have thought us a lock for 2-0. This defense is supposed to be elite. I guess we are finding out just how good a DC Al Golden was.
