I thought semi-state was unkind to Merrillville. This takes the cake. I remember the Carroll/Jeff game. Carroll had a lucky bounce go their way toward the end of the game.

The realignment meeting is supposed to happen next Thursday, so you'd think they'd release the enrollment numbers before then... "The realignment committee will meet on Thursday, March 5 to place schools in their respective sectionals in the three, four and six class sports. Those recommendations will then be presented the Executive Committee for a vote at its May 5 meeting." From IHSAA Executive Meeting Minutes 1/15/26

Robert Carradine passed away at the age of 71. Legend in the Revenge of the Nerds series and I really liked him in The Big Red One with Lee Marvin and Mark Hamill. RIP

Gives you another perspective as to why Andrew Luck retired when he did. All that rehab after major issues, especially back-to-back, is mentally draining. I just wish Rondale could’ve gone down the same path and spared his life.
