But when you’re talking about professional sports, and this is professional sports, you’re not asking the Oakland A’s to go beat the New York Yankees. And so you gotta at least get close to what other people are playing with.

Schedule complaints are impossible to validate in College because with only limited amount of NON CONF Weeks to fill, you have to try to project where the team will be talent / skill / competitive wise 3-6 years down the road. So holding IU schedule against them on this type of year is just not fair, Coach Cig didn't create it, it was done multiple years ago, prior to even NIL becoming a thing.
