The top 3 in 28 have a higher sag than the top 3 in 19. And I’ll say it right to your face

Yeah sectional 28 of 3A is a mile ahead of anyone. 
 

great teams and like 4 of the top 8 3A teams are in there. 
 

I believe last year 3 of the top 5 were in that sectional and between sectional 28 and 32, 8 of the top 10 3A team were represented.

 

28 is unfair to those in it...but also...kinda fair to the rest of the 3A? Lol

My grading scale is dependent upon how many weak teams are present as a % of total teams in the sectional.  In 6 a if u have one weak team then the sectional can’t be rated high because there are only 4 teams and the chances of an easy draw week 1 are increased.  By that logic I think my ranking goes 7, 5, 28, 19
