  1. Interesting the amount of apparent back channel communication that goes on between the GID cognoscenti and GID admins.

  2. The Patriot Act needs to be repealed in it’s entirety, including both of BHO’s expansions.

  3. To say Howe’s posts are not unique may show your bias? Maybe your selective memory sees a bias that isn’t there? I have called others out on posting style. This has just been the most recent. My personal views of Trump are no different than my views of Biden, so that is not factoring into it. But somebody that regularly calls out or makes fun of others for their blind loyalty/allegiance to a person, group, or way of thinking, while ignoring it in himself deserves to be called out on his bs, especially when the claims like the ones he made that started this recent exchange were just ridiculous. I will say this though, and give him credit for it as well......while the conversation had two distinct views in a conversation, neither of us allowed it to devolve into childish name calling. 🙂

  4. I will offer up 1 GAZILLION points!! You heard me right: 1 GAZILLION Points. you know because it so important!! Again for the millionth time or maybe 4th time, I lost count, RepPointGate was solely the brain child of ME and only ME, and now since it has created such a stir, I did it a 2nd time, and sat back and giggle every time someone continues to harp about it. it is glorious You like my Hanks did you? You chatterboxes over here are the gift that keeps on giving. The Muda Pingpong Cat GIF continues strong so many years and a few rebuilds later. Fascinating the endurance by most parties involved. I may just make me one of those Lewbowski's to honor one of the formers who is no longer as his endurance was gone long ago. Happy Sunday Oh by the way, I went out yesterday, Costco, Liquor store of course, Bank, and enjoyed wearing my mask. No issues, doesn't bother me one bit

  5. This is where the disconnect is. So, you’re saying it’s OK to “build up your immunity” by increasing the risk to other people? Can’t you see that the only word to describe that attitude is “selfish?” And just what makes you think that not wearing a mask is “building up your immunity?” I assume you’re referring to the development of antibodies as the body’s response to infection with SARS-CoV-2? Check out this excerpt from an article published by the World Health Organization: WHO has published guidance on adjusting public health and social measures for the next phase of the COVID-19 response. Some governments have suggested that the detection of antibodies to the SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, could serve as the basis for an “immunity passport” or “risk-free certificate” that would enable individuals to travel or to return to work assuming that they are protected against re-infection. There is currently no evidence that people who have recovered from COVID-19 and have antibodies are protected from a second infection. (Emphasis supplied) Here’s the whole article. https://www.who.int/news-room/commentaries/detail/immunity-passports-in-the-context-of-covid-19. The article concludes with “People who assume that they are immune to a second infection because they have received a positive test result may ignore public health advice. The use of such certificates may therefore increase the risks of continued transmission.“ This seems to fit your attitude to a “T.” It’s wrong. It’s inconsiderate. It’s dangerous, both to others and to you. That article from WHO is dated 4/24/20. I have searched in vain for anything written since then which contains contrary information. You are a responsible guy. Act responsibly. Put on a mask.

  6. Practice is great July 1st What I would hate to see is all sports all teams do a mad rush and start trying to schedule 7 on 7s, 11 on 11s, 1 day shootouts, insert countless other competition days Be happy to work with your kids in house and prepare what you need to do in house during those times. For 1 summer, I am sure the schools can get by with elimination of competition days Just one guys thoughts

  11. What's impressive about Northrop and Wayne is that the visiting side is a duplicate of the home side......minus the press box. All Concrete, concessions on the 50, bathrooms on the 30's. Five Thousand seating capacity, although I've seen 10,000 pack the house on a few occasions.

  12. I guess you cannot let go of inserting yourself into the discussion. You want to call someone out in accurately, then be prepared for the responses. So NOW you decide to insert the terms “recent history” and “last few days”? Ok funny, but ok Libtard does not set me off at all. I described it perfectly in a previous post. It is simply intellectually lazy. You are correct, he is not the only one that has posted something that could be offensive. Are you going to own your own role in that?

  13. Carroll has the potential to field their best team ever this fall. With Carmel going south, I like them to make it to semi-state this year. Snider and Homestead will test them though. Homestead has one of the best QB's in the state and Snider's just good every year. And with schools like Dwenger, Concordia, and Luers on the schedule, they should be battle tested.

  14. You have provided the “proof” yourself. The claim you made was plain nonsense and pure conjecture on your part, but offered as fact. The proof was in your own words. I support or add interference for one side huh? And I guess you present a fair and equal amount of criticism for both sides, I guess? lol....hilarious. I can prove that just in the last week, and throughout my time, I have been critical of both sides. But because I am critical of the President, the one you so blindly support, you only see one side.

  16. Nah....nothing worth texting there lo. thank you, you have a great day as well. Slow cooking a pork tenderloin on my Traeger for dinner. It’s gonna be great.

  17. True......but maybe if you did not spend so much time and energy belittling those whom you do not agree with politically, you would not get the kind of scrutiny of what you post that you do. Countless times you use terms like libtard, accuse those on the left here of being sheep, and in general have a tone where even those that support your positions will roll their eyes. One of them texted me the other day and said yeah, use of the term libtard so much is just intellectually lazy. Look, no one is perfect; we all make mistakes. I have posted things I should not have; gotten facts wrong; we all do it. Your flat denial to see it for what it is, is what has made this exchange as entertaining as it has been.

  18. do you really think making it law will make a difference ? Look at all the idiots that consume adult beverages and then get into a vehicle and risk the lives of innocent people driving the roads... laws don't stop them so then how will laws get idiots to wear a mask ? Very good Bobref....this needed repeated !!!

  20. Personally? One I do know. The other, I know enough of to reach the conclusion I did. Social media has been pretty cool as far as connecting with people I would have never encountered outside of it. It would be fun to sit down with those guys and throw a few pints back.

  21. It probably would not matter to know that I know enough about both individuals to know beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are not the same person. Have to admit the conspiracy about Tom Hanks being dead is almost as entertaining as this one.

  22. @TrojanDad and I are submitting downvotes within 60 seconds of each other this morning. Does this mean he and I are the same person? Pretty funny that the guy who whines the most about receiving downvotes has received far fewer downvotes than I have. You don't see me whining about them. Grow up.

  32. Apparently one or more of the moderator(s) considered the serial down voting of Muda as harrassment as he was awarded 20,000 positive points. This forum has a neo-liberal and his alter ego submitting serial down votes to anyone who threatens his "safe space". Hilarious!

  33. He didn't ask for the positive points. He asked what would happen when his serial down voter succeeded in his goal of turning his "reputation" rating to negative points. One of the moderators offered to award positive points and he accepted. Shortly thereafter, Muda was awarded 20,000 positive points.

  34. I do not know. Perhaps you could contact your math expert friend and have him conduct a statistical analysis of two separate forum members submitting down votes within 60 seconds of each other four times in 83 minutes when only 67 members are in this club. The chances of that happening must be atronomical.

There is a huge pool of potential victims out there waiting to be infected with the Seasonal Influenza? 3. There is a huge pool of potential victims out there waiting to be infected with Hepatitis? 4. There is a huge pool of potential victims out there waiting to be infected with Herpes 5. There is a huge pool of potential victims out there waiting to be diagnosed with various Cancers? 6. There is a huge pool of potential victims out there waiting to be hit by a motor vehicle? 7. There is a huge pool of potential victims out there waiting to be struck by an errant baseball being thrown? 8. There is a huge pool of potential victims out there waiting to be shot with a firearm? 9. There is a huge pool of potential victims out there waiting to be infected with Chlamydia? 10. There is a huge pool of potential victims out there waiting to be infected with Staph? 11. There is a huge pool of potential victims out there waiting to be infected with E. Coli? 12. There is a huge pool of potential victims out there waiting to be infected with Shigellosis? 13. There is a huge pool of potential victims out there waiting to be infected with Syphilis? 14. There is a huge pool of potential victims out there waiting to be infected with Norovirus? 15. There is a huge pool of potential victims out there waiting to be infected with salmonella? Ad nauseaum. And to keep this tangent somewhat on the topic of this thread I guess the primary government reaction to all of these are the responsibility of Mr. Trump.

  42. You are similar to Presidential debate moderators. You clearly support and add interference for one side. No one asked for your input on "the claims like the ones he made that started this recent exchange were just ridiculous". You posted your opinion but no proof that the claim was "ridiculous".
