Posted by Memorial Athletic department for game parking lots.
I thought I would post here for our Southridge friends.  I see they have never played Bosse before either.
I have seen visitor fans park in "C parking" and have to walk around.  Maybe its easy access off of 41, but maybe difficult to get out.  I recommend "A parking" and walk down Powell to enter stadium at visitor gate3.

I doubt you get there early enough for "B parking" area. There will be a gang of Tiger fans getting ready for the game there.

If lots are full, I tend to go north and try to find a spot on the street somewhere. Could be a several blocks away.  Think of big game basketball tournaments at Memorial Gymnasium.

"B" Parking was likely full by yesterday afternoon with tailgate preparations.  SR folks should stop by.  If the Tiger faithful will welcome a "heretic fan" from their West Side rival, they will truly accept anyone at their gatherings!

Oh, no question about it.  I know that crowd.  They just want to have fun and the more the merrier.

Around. I read the threads every week. Not much time to post consistently so I haven’t posted.

Southridge’s effort was very good tonight, gave all they had and didn’t back down at all. Very quick team too with their Quarterback and their Running Back.

Agreed. We didn't play very well, due in no small part to SR. SR QB #2 is a tough player. Congrats to both sides for a pretty clean game and especially for showing good sportsmanship and helping each other up from the turf, etc.

I agree.  Very disciplined.  Obviously well coached. High level effort across the board.  They looked much sharper than the game I saw them played against Heritage Hills, but that was first game of the season.

Appreciate it. Our fellas have been thru the ringer this year- and just kept showing up to work. Injuries (season ending) to 3 senior starters, and arguably 3 of our best (2 captains- potential All State type kids) Never an excuse- I’m sure no one is 100% healthy at this time of year- but would have loved to had our full arsenal last night.

Still, an 8-3 season (with our 3 losses coming to #1, #2, and #3 in the State) with all those injuries is nothing to be ashamed of.

Even though the defense did have some trouble stopping 3rd downs and even 4th downs. I thought it was pretty impressive only allowing 7 points against the Sectional’s top scoring offense (before the game). Same with Southridge’s defense, it felt like they had a lot of pressure. Still a lot to fix up on a few things, but I think both teams had nerves throughout the night.

#4 Noah Wright is the most slippery skill kid I have seen play this season....that includes Goldsberry, if he didn't play list night you guys really missed out on seeing a special player.  HUGE difference maker.

You think HH is 10 points better than Memorial on a neutral field? P

I can tell you this, Sagairn is NOT 10 points off on every SIAC team right now.

Since these comments, the Sagarin ratings have flipped about 12 points.  Most of that was the HH rating collapsing.  Mem is now a favorite on Sagarin.

Unfortunately, he did not play on Friday, and I think he didn’t play in the 1st round too. However, I was very impressed with #2 on Southridge, quick runner and passed pretty well against Memorial’s DBs. I’m surprised Southridge didn’t open up their passing game for most of the season, they definitely had the receivers to do it. Their run game was pretty good, Memorial did held them to around 170 yards and 0 TDs on the ground. Which was pretty low to them based on their previous performances. But they got some speedy guys in the backfield. I don’t know how many they will return, but they definitely have a squad.

You might want to check the rest of the SIAC....there probably isn't a 10 point swing on them all since there are now tie ins.  I haven't checked but I would be shocked.  Memorial and HH look "about" right.

Projected to be a 7-team Sectional in 2025 per IHSAA Sports Information Director. There could be a chance of an 8th team joining this spring, but as of now, it appears it will be 7 teams for 2025 with the departure of HH.

OH yes indeed.

Guessing top 3 would GS, MD, and Memorial next year. Correct me if I’m wrong, but was Southridge Senior heavy this year? I thought they had a good amount of seniors starting.

I wouldn't ever count SR out.

This is bittersweet for me.  While I'm excited about the prospect of competing for a 4a sectional and that being history, I will miss playing with the rivals.

I agree!  Obviously, the success has been great the past two seasons, but it was great having the ole gang back together in Sectional 32!  Now, on to bigger things for HH.  But, will it be better?

Reitz vs HH matchup in the Sectional would be very fun to watch.
