Just a tragedy for Indiana high school sports. Who will endlessly call for conference realignment now?

I’ve got you.

Carmel and CG to the HCC.

FC and Noblesville to the MIC.

I have no doubt he’ll find a new scam to try and fleece people out of their hard earned cash

We already have our resident board member for that here.

He'll be back when he gets bored.

Don't forget contraction, too.

I'd really love to find out what he was spending money on, that would require him to cease operations unless someone helps "funding continued operations."  A Facebook page costs exactly ZERO dollars to operate.

I remember thinking that the first time he sold it. But from the last topic here, he was supposed to be paying people who provided content for him to post. He had a sponsor for a while too, a State Farm agent. It used to be his banner on his page, but I don't see it anywhere.

With all the baggage he brings to the table, he was still able to do player and team profiles and coaches interviews/questionnaires.

While not surprised, it is one less voice/page dedicated to HS Football....if it actually goes away.

All the pictures he was traveling around to take, LOL

This guy just tries too hard.  Most conferences will stay where they are and add or subtract for geographical reasons only.   Contraction is also very far-fetched.  Has the IHSAA ever shut down anyone just because they’re stuck in a losing streak?

I don't think the IHSAA has the authority to shut down a program. Do they?

And it is the athletic departments and school boards that should have the common decency to take a good, long look at these moribund program and make the determination if the resources they consume could be better allocated elsewhere.

Children these days have more than enough "structured activities" available to eat up all their waking time.  We wouldn't want them just "going outside to play" would we?

But who are you to decide what activities children should have at their offering?  That is the responsibility of their local communities, and perhaps winning % of their football program is not their top reason in deciding to continuing to fund the activity.  Those communities certainly don't need to align to your views.

If the activity is offered by a taxpayer funded entity within the community in which I reside then I should have a voice.  Do you agree?
