  2. Dr. Rob Bell a local sports psychologist has written a book about how to deal with kids in today's ultra competive tavel, AAU and 7x7 world. It is called, "Don't Should on your KIds". I read it trying to figure out how to motivate a player, and came away with so much more. I'd highly suggest it for all sports parents and coaches.

  4. 32 would go from one of the toughest in ‘18 to one of the weakest in ‘19.

  5. The last time Southridge was in 3A- we went East to 31. Being on eastern time that seems to make the most sense

  6. Interesting on possible HH to 31. Bosse has played pretty good football the last 2 years in 4A. That’s not a team I would want to face in a 3A sectional game. Especially at Enlow. Speed kills!!

  7. I haven’t gotten to see the entirety of schedules yet, but, if this merger does happen, and the split happens as is being said here, and if Tecumseh does come back into the fold, and they do try to keep schedules as close to what they currently are, along with established rivalries, I believe that Linton would be off the SR schedule with the boys from Huntingburg playing non-con against Jasper (wk 2), Heritage Hills (wk 7), and Gibson Southern (wk 9). Tecumseh would be the new edition to the schedule, and considering that SR doesn’t have to swap anyone from their current schedule for conference play, Tecumseh would most likely slide into the week one game with SR.

  12. Again - FINALLY. SF can't wait to see the finished project, maybe start coming to a few games again. (especially without the direct sun glare happening, will be a welcome thing)

  13. or by socialists like Dante Estonia. Crony capitalism at work. Reducing the size, scope, and power of government will eliminate most of this.

  16. The parallels between Carol and Alpha are crazy. To have two women go through basically the exact same things and turn out the way they did.

  19. In reading comments made by officials from other states, I’m amazed how many states have literally no schools that utilize visible play clocks. We take that for granted in Indiana. Can’t remember the last time I was at a game with no field play clock ... once Bill Sharpe left Jimtown. 😎
