  1. This is typical of every time we upgrade the forum software. The community adjusts. I have to use Facebook at work and am not a fan of the new design... lots of things are hidden which used to be easily accessible. To the people doubting the security: DK and 77Jimmie each have 25+ years in the tech industry (hardware and software). I know times the forum has been under DoS attacks (no threat to the user, just makes loading the site impossible) and spam bots registering accounts from third-world countries. This isn't their first rodeo. TGD, thanks to a lot of people but most of all the late Coach Tim Adams, has survived because of the community. Did the updates thread get shorter? Yes, but we have the largest IN HS football Twitter account to make up for it. Whenever the server goes down we have Facebook to let users know when the forum will be back. Just like a good football program, you adapt with the times -- even if that means Bill Belichik explaining much of the "new" offenses in the NFL are just variations of the Wing-T series. So after 22 years, TGD remains and will endure and adapt.

  3. Hilarious. Tipton and Eastbrook have only played 1 time. In a year when Tipton went 6-5 and Eastbrook was State runner-up.

  6. R u serious, Clark? Come back down to reality. If Harrell’s site is correct, MD is 8-6 against Southridge since 94. Lay off the Smirnoff Ices, MD is just fine sharing a sectional with Southridge.

  11. Granted they don’t travel to Ohio this season, but 3 consecutive games against Cincinnati powers will be daunting to say the least.

  13. Memorial (0-3) @ Mater Dei (1-2) next week. Luckily they play in the SIAC and play each other. I bet both schools would hate to see a football powerhouse like Pike Central next Friday. Based on enrollment, these are the two smallest schools in the conference. Maybe they can award a ‘small school SIAC champ’ trophy to the winner? I hear that’s a pretty big deal.

  17. It is unfortunate the number of fans permitted to attend games is limited. The "experts" claim those cheap non medical grade masks from China are supposed to save everyone from a virus which is more deadly than the Bubonic Plague.
