I notice you list your school affiliation as Lewis Cass. How can you live with yourself? Their nickname is the Kings. Escaping from monarchical rule is the principle on which this country was founded. It is the opposite of what this country stands for. It’s also blatantly sexist, implicitly approving a male-dominated government structure, and elitist. The use of “Kings” offends me ... and all right-thinking people. Shameful.

I would tend to agree as it would be so easy to get lost in the shuffle there.

The conference is great the way it is now. The schools and travel are all similar. Franklin Central is the outlier, but the size of the school makes it work.

Based on teams I saw last year and who is coming back, I think East Central vs. Mt. Vernon (Fortville) will be a great southern Semi-State. Mooresville could knock of EC again though in sectional. New Prairie vs. Leo for north SS, with Hobart as another contender. I think those are top 6 contenders.

No body is gambling anything by reopening. I remember when the scare was hospitals being overwhelmed. Once it was clear that would not happen, the goal posts moved to get rid of it altogether.
