You do realize the knee is not the only body part that makes a runner down? Anything but a hand or foot. In your own picture it appears the helmet is on the ground so that shows you are already incorrect on one of your facts. The ball is already loose in that photo so we don't know how long the helmet was on the ground before the ball became loose. That's why you can't use a still photo as evidence. These types of plays are generally not conclusive on Hudl video. That type of precision is not what coach videos are trying to capture. You may be 100% correct but it's very unlikely these videos are conclusive either way. And stills definitely don't prove anything. Your best argument is you and everyone you talked with fell it was a fumble. Unfortunately only one opinion matters and that was the unbiased person on the sideline who had a great view. He had the best chance of getting it right.

At the risk of being told “be careful what you ask for; you might get it,” I’d like to hear how people thought the officiating crew did on the Mishawaka game. My younger brother is the linesman on that crew, and I’m looking for some ammunition to use over the holidays. 😉

Monrovia plays in the ICC, a VERY tough conference, (Lutheran, Triton Central, Secina, Speedway, even Casacde was much improved this year, also played Linton) Playing teams like those when healthy is difficult let alone when dealing with injuries, Monrovia got healthy at tournament time and are playing like we thought they could, also Danville and Owen Valley im pretty sure are not familiar with playing the style Monrovia does, its hard to stop even when you've played against it alot, ask Mater Dei about that. Not the first time a team has gotten hot a tourney time when it counts most.

Also, I would say Snider was a big favorite against Laporte in 2014 and got absolutely waxed 35-7…

Kudos to Monrovia for coming into our house with a game plan and executing it to perfection. They ran the ball straight down our throat and made the big plays when they needed them all night. Owen Valley didn't make the adjustments and straight up got out coached and out played. Good luck at semi state Bulldogs! Bring it home On a side note, we need to get replays brought into the game during the playoffs. There's been several calls throughout the postseason that deserved a second look because the refs blew the call. I'm talking blatant horrible calls/no calls.

This thread had been really quiet ... and I think I figured out why. At the start of the tournament, Monrovia was listed as 45th in Class 3A ... entering the post-season at 2-7. In the post season, before tonight, they had beaten three teams: Going into tonight's game, they were only given a paltry chance to win: At the start of the post season, Owen Valley, who entered the post season at 9-0 and tonight's game with Monrovia at an an impressive 12-0 was listed as 12th in Class 3A. After tonight ...... it looks like Monrovia will get at least one more dance at the ball next week.

Watched the entire thing. Past actions determine a person’s character. Does he even know if Reggie WANTED the job? Scrolling up, it looks like a death sentence and maybe Wayne is being done a favor? The NFL hiring process has been under fire and in the news for a while now…this is just a subtle jab with undertones insinuating that this is just another example of injustice. Its his shtick. It’s all he has.
