DK has been made aware: This happens around this time of year: He has always told me that nothing is in danger for data breach on it. For what its worth3 points

I get it, everybody wants to win, everybody get frustrated, they want what's best for their players, but we're grown men. We always tell our guys at the youth level until they start handing out state championships for 3rd and 4th grade then we are going to continue to 1. Make sure each kid gets to play offense and defense every game. 2. Kids are starting to learn the basics of our offensive and defensive system within the rules of the league. 3. Make sure kids are learning proper tackling technique and making the game as safe as it can be for them and their opponents. Sad to see grown men letting their emotions get the better of them.3 points

So sad that nobody landed a punch.....probably P&P guys.3 points

I believe Eastern Hancock is 2-0. It looks like you put a lot of time and effort into this, it's really cool. Just giving a heads up for next week if they are 3-02 points

I'm really surprised that HH held onto an honorable mention in the Gannett/USA Today Poll. Speaks to their perceived quality of opponent, I assume. I'm all for publicity for Heritage Hills football, but within realism. I'm sure Coach Tempel has employed a few fun drills in practice this week, as to not repeat the same unforced mistakes (namely penalties, special teams, and ball protection)! Glad to see North Posey getting some attention. Gibson, meh. Let's see how they do in the PAC this season before crowning them.2 points

FC @ RP - Panthers are the best team in 1A and its not even close. If they would've done some of the spread stuff last year we would be talking about a repeat state champion. Brad Sanders is cementing himself as one of the best coaches in WRC history. He's close to being in the conversations with the likes of Herb King and Brian Moore. He has all the pieces now he just has to go out and get the job done. NV @ Covington - I would not be surprised if this is close early on but the Trojans will pull away and win by at least three scores. NV is still very young but from what I am hearing Crum is doing great things. Should be competitive for about two or three quarters but the Trojans pull away late. 38-18 Seeger @ Attica - Seeger by a bunch. The QB will throw for a million yards against poor competition all year and will struggle against teams with a heartbeat. SV @ PH - Game of the week. SV's athletes keep them in the game and it will come down to the last couple positions. I'll take PH scoring late in the fourth to win 28-212 points

Hope not Brownstown's JV wins 56-8 last night vs CT.... They've put up 56+42 their first two games. They are one of the fastest top to bottom teams I've seen from our JV squads.2 points

I really thought that South would take over the No. 1 spot, but then I remembered we are located in the 812 area code, and that by itself works against you.2 points

If they beat Laville maybe they’ll jump to #2. That way we have a #1 vs #2 in week 42 points

I just posted in another thread: This early in the season, the computer ratings are not reliable. I have all the actual game results since 1999. Sagarin reaches peak accuracy after 4-5 games. Then it starts predicting over 80-percent correctly (88% correct since 1999).2 points

NM I believe is going with a single black stripe on the white helmet. Staggered NM on left side. Numbers on right side Caston at NM. Caston probably the favorite on paper. The game most likely stays tight most of the way Triton over Culver by 3ish scores at home Jay fans will enjoy getting home early from SC. Running clock to begin 2nd half. Winamac might hang around for a bit with Pioneer. But in the end Pioneer wins very comfortably1 point

North Central brought their Jr High and JV down tonight. Jr. High played some sort of game/scrimmage thing. Not sure what I watched. Score was 22-6. Then the JV played and I believe the score was 41-6.1 point

Nope. The 3 schools (pekin, clarksville, trinity lutheran) are all independent and we will see if TL last.1 point

Well, they had the three that went for defensive touchdowns. I feel like there may have been one other one. I'm not sure how many penalties Snider had, but there were some iffy calls that affected both teams. East Noble had a pass interference that was clearly wrong in favor of Snider. They also punted the football three seconds after the play clock expired that the refs missed. The real big one for Snider was the 30 yard touchdown taken away due to a block in the back that had no bearing on the play, being that the infraction occurred several yards behind the runner. That would have closed the gap to 19-14. Instead, they throw an interception in the endzone and come away with nothing. That was the play of the game.1 point

Really feel bad for the Packers. No Micah Parsons until probably week 6, which would mean he misses the first Bears game. Josh Jacobs on the Commissioner’s Exempt List, with no timetable for his return. Very sad. Which is more likely, Packers finish first in the Division … or last?1 point

Panthers' JV squad are usually the ones doing the scoring in the 4th quarter. Anyways, Week 3 Picks... Fountain Central @ Riverton Parke - Mustangs took it on the chin up at Crawfordsville. The Panthers are not Crawfordsville. I think Sagarin needs some tweeking. It is going to be a very emotional night Friday in Mecca. Panthers win by at least 30 North Vermillion @ Covington - Well, I guess I had the Trojans wrong last week. I'm still scratching my head about that one. The Falcons, however, have a long way to go, but they always seem to give Covington some fits. This one is closer than expected. 28-18 Seeger @ Attica - Patriots looked pretty decent, chucking it everywhere. Ramblers also got a nice win. I just don't think they match up with Seeger very well. 42-12 South Vermillions @ Parke Heritage - Visor Jr's got humbled after being up at Sullivan early. Do the Woolfs play any away games? I think this is three in a row in Rockville. I don't think it will matter where this played. PH will wear down the still young Visor Jr's. 34-141 point

37 points is huge... 14.5 points makes you get more than two TDs... bettors would love it. This early in the season, the computer ratings are not reliable. Here is the link in plaintext: https://www.reddit.com/r/PublicFreakout/comments/1w31uz7/dads_turn_football_match_into_fight_club/?utm_source=embedv2&utm_medium=post_embed&utm_content=post_title&embed_host_url=https%3A%2F%2Fgridirondigest.net%2Findex.php From the context I gleaned from the comments to this video a youth coach witnessed another coach forcibly grabbling youth players (3rd-5th grade) by their face masks on the field during the game. This youth coach was verbally complaining to the other coach about this behavior, while on the field. After a play the coaches confronted one another, again, on the field, and we are off to the races.1 point

As well she should. A government entity like a public school corporation not accepting cash should be illegal, or at the very least un-American.1 point

I watched a little of the Stanford vs Hawaii game as well and also terrible attendance. I know Stanford doesn't have the same tradition as SC does for football, but attendance was ugly. Perhaps weather, perhaps season start is too early with plenty of other things to do, perhaps escalating cost of attendance, etc. are all factors. I also can't help wondering if west coast football was destroyed with the elimination of the PAC 12 conference. So much history and tradition went down the drain with teams being sent all over the place. Just not sure it will ever be the same for west coast college football.1 point

FC vs RP - Ill take RP for 800 Alex NV vs Covington - NV is still struggling offensively. They have no run game, but Hinchee has some upside. Covington lost to the Polytechnicians last week. Ill still take Covington this week by a few scores. 27-12 Seeger vs Attica - Seeger by as many as they want. QB had quite a week last week 5 TDs no INTs. Is he the best QB in the conference? 47-6 SV vs PH - This is game of the week for me. PH dominated last week, and SV got a spankin. PH will have home field advantage, but the Cats will use the power of the Little Italy Festival weekend to win on a last second hail mary, then stompa da grapes on the field directly after. 35-341 point

Take your kids to a pre-season game, they won't know the difference. Then spend the rest of your money supporting your local community. The best football is being played on Friday night anyway. Free parking, $7 tickets, leave and back home in three hours.1 point
