Id hope you thought they were good because they won by double anyone beat Luers by all season. Maybe Luers was just wore out by that might schedule you tried shoving down our throat.

Me? Lol, no. Look, anyone with one brain cell could tell you that Luers had a tougher schedule than Heritage Hills. Did that make Luers a better team? No. Did most people around Fort Wayne view Luers as the underdog? Probably. Did anyone up here see this blowout coming? No. Again, congrats to Heritage Hills, very good team.

This will be my last response to any of your posts. You don't have the mental capacity to engage with me............Bro.

May as well shut this one down!  The "MACHO" has begun to make itself seen.

Last I checked, young men played the game today....  A final score was posted.   DONE,  onto 2025

Memorial would have blown your doors off. CAL would have a running clock in the 2nd and you'd have been lucky to have a good game with Gibson. Stop overrating the NE.

The "rookies" are showing their arse by keeping this going, at this point....

Nope. Heard it all week, he's going to get it back.

Put your money where YOUR mouth is!   The GID could use a donation.  🤨

Or, is this some sort of "glory days" thing that you think any of us care about?

Congrats, now move on....the game is over.  Accept the trophy (also the blue ribbons) , and just relish in their eternal triumph.

Can't rationalize with these guys, they're a different breed.

I'll be surprised if Heritage Hills keeps this within 3 scores. Luers has played far and away better competition in the regular season. They will have way too much speed and their Dline will out-physical Heritage Hills Oline. Luers 31-6.

Some of you folks trying to take the high road and put these comments on the HH fans need to take an another look at the 3rd post of this thread that kicked everything off.  You talk the game then for some reason claim the HH fans are “something”, give me a break!  I didn’t partake or even predict a score, but don’t pretend this was one sided banter.  Congrats to both teams on a great season!   Both teams got here because they earned it!  It’s a great day to be a Patriot, as always!  Onward, onward, Heritage Hills … !!

“Sectional of Death” with one less team, no idea who will be coming out of Sectional 32 next year. But how about them Hoosiers?

Yes, this! And congrats to the Patriots. They came, they saw, they conquered. And they're a damn fun team to watch. Not sure I've ever seen a 3A program hit as hard as they do. They're a complete team, not just a quarterback show.

This aged super well lol. As I was watching this game yesterday I found myself thinking, “you can’t tell me that Luers was the best 3A North team”.

that looked like a walk through for HH! Congrats to the Patriots! Goldsberry is legit.

Seriously? YOU suggested all young men playing 6A ball North of 24 should accept the fact they’re playing for participation trophy’s, doubled down on the take, and then made a victory lap post after Crown Point lost. Glass houses.

A victory lap?  Why do I care one bit about who wins?

My response was about the competition level that 6A plays in the North will not prepare them for anything that would see at LOS.  I'll stand by that after seeing 2 schools with 3000 students battle it out this year.

If you believe that anything I said was specifically aimed at a particular 6A North school, then you are sadly mistaken.  Its aimed at ALL of them.  It is probable (perhaps obvious) that because of demographics that Central Indiana has a distinct advantage in number athletes they can outfit and put on the field of play each year.  But that should not be the reason that Northern (smaller mostly) schools can't break through in 6A.  Competition in the regular season has to be looked at.

As for THIS posting....

Bishop Luers plays UP with their competition within the SAC, and that prepares them for the postseason tournament well most years.  I can assure you that many fans were confident in the matchup vs. Heritage Hills being one they could manage.

WELP...  Not knowing the entirety of what HH could/would bring to the show, that confidence went out the window at LOS.  They absolutely put on a show and truly looked great on Saturday.

I did have a caveat for 3A with regards to BLHS though.  They are "loaded" with their underclassmen and I'd think that they could very well be back at LOS in the ensuing years.

Congrats to HH….although if I’m being honest I wish Jett was graduating this year haha

Insane season that would be good enough for Mr. Football if he was a senior

While confident that HH will win the PAC again, I'm also confident Gibson and Memorial can win 3A next year.

You might as well include Mater Dei.

Winners win…and anything can happen.

but for now Heritage Hills should get their flowers.  Everyone else already had their chance for this.

Jett deserves a few stars on 247/on3/rivals
