NRRaider2001
Two teams very few people had making it to Lucas Oil. So proud of the Raiders for battling adversity and making this run. #whynotus 2

If you had this matchup as recently as three weeks ago, would you also bother sharing this weekend’s lottery numbers? Absolutely LOVE fresh blood at Lucas Oil. MICFan34
This is so awesome having two programs who have NEVER been to LOS. Coach Eppley pushed the right buttons as a first year coach? That's incredible. 2
Yuccaguy
I am happy for Northridge to be where they are.. As I said at the start of the Tournament....Sectional 19 was unbelievable (stacked). It was apparent the the 19 winner could/would/should be on a direct line to LOS..... No matter victor!
tango
Interesting that Northridge has the lowest Sagarin number of any team playing at LOS and will likely be a 20+ point underdog vs Mt. Vernon. Two teams making their first appearances. I'll take Mt. Vernon 42-13.

Both teams are going to Lucas Oil for a reason, while the rest of 4a watches from their living rooms. Congrats on a good season.
npcougar15
Congrats to Northridge on the hard hard fought win last night. Still in shock over the last 3 minutes of that game. I know nothing about MV but I saw some highlights of their game vs EM on twitter last night, they look like they have some absolute studs on that team. I'm sure NR will be big time underdogs but I'm guessing thats right where they want to be.

New Prairie was as tough of a team as we have seen, that was an amazing atmosphere between two great teams last night. Hope to see you guys next year at semi state again.

Our D has been pretty good all year, and last week only gave up 7 to East Central, so them putting up 42 impressed (and depressed) the heck out of me. 4 hours ago, NRRaider2001 said: Northwood, Leo, Ole Miss, and New Prairie were all significantly higher ranked than Northridge. swordfish
SF finds the Sagarin predictor ratings which are normally spot-on this time of year a little troublesome for the Raiders. I do question the Strength of Schedule being as close as it is for the 2 schools, yet the Marauders are ranked so high in the Class. They did however dispatch the Roncalli Royals and the EM Tigers to earn their spot at LOC which by itself is a pretty tall task. Best of luck to both teams and congratulations for making to the big game, especially my hometown Raiders - great job guys.
Football Fanatic
MtV has some outstanding playmakers. Their team speed and strength is impressive. Slunaker, Labelle, and Gentry are quite the trio of playmakers who are very tough to equalize. I thought 4A was going to Roncalli or Memorial this year but the Marauders had something to say about that and I believe they will have the last laugh after Saturday. Heck of a run by Northridge though and they will not go down without a fight.

Slunaker, Labelle, and Gentry Their speed surprised me last Friday, crazy fast guys all around. Memorial didn’t really have an answer for them at all, but 2H we played better defensively. MV is just a well rounded overall, wish we would playing this weekend, but MV absolutely deserves being at LOS. Not many mistakes, guys out of position, bad routes, dropped passes.
