  1. Coach Kelly is a stand up leader of men. Seymour fan here and I can tell you that records don’t speak to this coaches ability. Seymour is starved for talent, size, athletes and has gone up a class to 5a due to a 38% Hispanic rate (overall) which we don’t get the benefit of added players. It’s a tough place to be competitive. With that being said- Kelly has done about as good a job as anyone could. we hate to see him go, but understand the move to a more target rich area. He’s a no nonsense, do your job kind of coach.

  3. He was the offensive coordinator at HSE rival Fishers for years before taking the Seymour job. They had some good runs there, including a state title. For him, it appears it was an opportunity to return home and to take on a bigger program. Best of luck, Coach Kelly.

  5. I absolutely agree after looking at their roster and hearing that he has connections to the area and is a strong offensive guy! 🙂

  6. Well obviously if my HS coached hadn’t screwed me, I’m quite certain I would have had a long and storied NFL career.

  7. No offense intended. Did you bring it for as many years as he did?

  8. Biden isn't the only one thats showed signs. https://www.usatoday.com/story/opinion/2019/04/09/does-donald-trump-have-dementia-we-need-know-psychologist-column/3404007002/ What states will trump bring to the right that went to Clinton? Trump, if he wins.. Will win like he did last time. Biden, if he wins. Will win back PA, Mich and Wisconsin. If Detriot, Philly and Milwaukee vote normal numbers like they usually do. Biden will win.

  10. I never wore knee pads either, and no real problems, a little art that requires a shot once in a while.

  11. Rod Woodson says he never wore pads below the shoulders. If true, I wonder how much he's had replaced.

  14. Couple things on that... First, I was all doom and gloom and still have some of that in me. I am on the front lines of this. I was in a house yesterday where the whole family was positive and they had to call 911 for gma that had to get taken in. My wife is also in the medical field and is an ICU nurse. So to say that I am uninformed is not true. I just know that the protocol changes daily for both of us. SO SO much has changed in 3 weeks. I just feel better about it.

  16. Not that I care what you do but I'm curious. Why wouldn't you accept head coaching pay? You are doing the work and putting the time in. I know you're not doing it for the money. Most coaches don't but I know a few that do. It just seems fair to me that you get paid.

  18. Thankfully the President basically has zero say the matter of when we go back to normalcy. Each state will decide that. And the only way to make that decision is with data. Data is king and none of what we have is accurate. With data we can start to get back to work without a vaccine....without data we are screwed. Having a fast and easy test available for every single american is the only way to obtain the data we need to make informed decisions.....without it we are guessing.

  19. HA! Never wore hip pads. Do you reckon there’s a correlation between that and a hip replacement at 50?

  21. I am Keith Nance. It is a HUGE understatement to say that this is less than an ideal situation for dozens of reasons. The obvious, we would all prefer to be standing beside and led by our dear friend Coach Bowsman. Secondly, the Superintendent being the head coach is obviously problematic. I have been fortunate to be allowed to work as a unpaid assistant/offensive coordinator while being the Superintendent for the last 5 years. I have coached for 20 as a varsity assistant all at WW, 19 with Phillip and 13 years as OC. It is my hobby, a passion and a chance to be close with kids and have a group of peers (coaching staff). It is my full intention to do this for one season only. For this team and these seniors. This team is special for a lot of reasons. One, they are good. BUT more importantly, they are extremely close and have been coached by Coach Bowsman since 3rd grade. The events of the last 5 months has only made them closer. Holden, Phillip's son and Quarterback/Captain will be a senior leading this team on the field. For all of them continuity was the #1 consideration. Honestly, this is putting my neck out professionally because it is controversial and already has some people spitting vitriol words, but this is about this team, these seniors and next season. And I would do anything for them.

  23. TRUMP ADMINISTRATION WANTS TO USE AMERICANS' LOCATION DATA TO TRACK THE CORONAVIRUS: https://www.wlfi.com/content/news/568926262.html It's becoming pretty clear that this "crisis" is conditioning the general public for Martial Law.................
