Did someone mention thick German women?4 points

If most voters see them on film they probably won't pick either one, but it would be cool to have a Mr. Indiana come out of the TRC. This guy has my vote and should have everyone else's. It's not even close. Reminds me of Jack Kiser in his ability to do everything, but maybe more athletic than even Jack was.2 points

Gotta be McLaughlin from Knox just for the sheer volume of carries he's asked to take per game and the results he's produced. 158 carries, 1649 yards, 26 TDs so far.2 points

As we've pointed out ad nauseum, schedule doesn't win you games in November, players do. And NP's players are really good. Every year, people talk about how bad NP's schedule is (yet, EVERY SINGLE non-conference opponent NP has played - except one - in the Kyle Ralph era has been to a semistate, and I believe they have all been to Lucas Oil, in the last decade ... it's not a bad schedule), and yet, they have 4 state titles, 5 semistate titles and 6 regional titles. The path to Lucas Oil going to be difficult - three Top-4 teams in the same sectional, a Top-5 team potentially in the regional and then No. 2 Bloomington South in the semistate, and a lot of things can happen. I'm not going to count any chickens before they hatch, but this is the best NP defense I've ever seen. 5A is as deep as it has been in years. I'd be hesitant to list any team as a "lock." Especially because there's a lot of season and injuries, et al, can play a role.2 points

Now that chatard is WHERE THEY BELONG all the way up in 4a The Titans can finally get a well deserved state championship. Its been completely unfair for years that we had to compete with a school with our exact same enrollment but better football players.1 point

What a game...tough for the press and score keepers to keep it all straight! Two proud programs fought hard to the end.1 point

Don't need another member to split into divisions. If something isn't done soon I could see Bosse dropping football altogether. And Harrison and Central aren't too far behind IMO.1 point

Jasper spreads the ball a lot more now, however, their starting running back is very shifty too. Their QB is also pretty solid too and will make some good throws, he might lead the conference in passing touchdowns right now. When I watched them, I can tell they were still working on stuff still with their new offense. However, since they have won 4 straight since then, they seem like they have worked it out.1 point

Since then, they literally raised the roof...... and added a section of seats. Pretty impressive feat. It was well before I moved up here, but have seen plenty of pictures. Great vision on the part of the people that pulled it off. It's allowed them to bring in some well known shows that likely would not have come to a smaller venue. Paul McCartney comes to mind....what a great show that was.1 point

I've witnessed a few games at the Allen County Coliseum back in the day, late 1970's and early 1980's, after the Racers were folded in December 1978. I enjoyed the atmosphere up there and I'm sure the enthusiasm is the same now as it was then. Hockey is an incredible game to watch, especially in person!1 point

We shall see! It's still a ways to late October and November. It's not going to be easy to win that sectional. And the rest is as you say, no cakewalk for anyone.1 point

The only thing I differ with you on is that I’m taking Terre Haute South over Northview in a close one.1 point

I'll add to Jett Goldsberry... 783 yards passing, 11 TD 447 yards rushing, 12.4 yds/carry, 15 TD 482 all purpose yards Now to defense, because our QB is one of our best tacklers Tackles - 13 solo, 7 assist 3 Sacks As of now 26 Total TDs, on pace to shatter what he had last year.1 point

Does this apply if it is to aid a fan who is winded from walking up too many steps in the bleachers or those who got bombed at the pregame tailgate, thrown out for yelling at the refs and need to sober up before driving their tractors home?1 point

Yeah, I told my son to encourage the lineman tonight--the big guys are going to need some encouragement....they haven't had to play 4 quarters for the last 5 weeks.1 point

A good chunk of Warren Township borders the New Pal district (including most of Cumberland), and there are already a lot of kids who live in Warren who attend New Pal schools. I'm also watching to see when the Franklin Township spillover begins to head into New Pal, especially since Shelby County won't allow residential development in the Triton Central district (gotta make sure nobody threatens the county seat as the biggest community in the county). That coach was wrong. The SF is a rolling 2-year cycle. A school needs 6 points in a class to move up in two years. Because NP is in year 1, the max points it can receive is 4, so NP will be in 5A next year regardless of what happens this year.1 point

His model is a failure. He said it himself, he's bringing an NFL type model to college football. He'll continue getting smoked. The best coaches in football are at the college level, in my opinion. He's in over his head.1 point

I know what you mean. Just like the idea of having a running back at QB who can still throw the ball if needed, and allow us to now have an extra blocker. I wouldn't mind seeing Warren line up as the wildcat QB. Worked at Penn state. I just think a little creativity is needed. I also think playing Richardson a little might help his value, and we could get something out of him still if we can show flashes of potential still. Letting a high pick like that just fall off your roster without anything in return would hurt a little. This would be a way to kill two birds with one stone.1 point

Have noticed this the most from us. Can move the ball at will till we get it inside the 10. I think this is where the Colts could be utilizing AR a little bit. Bring him in as a pass/run threat inside the 10. We need to do something because field goals inside the red zone will not be enough to beat the higher end teams in the NFL.1 point

I am sure to the unaware, just box scorer internet fart noise folks, yes, but what I saw was a severly more talented team week 1 struggle with execution. Hence my opin on the upcoming matchup. IU QB I think will be a the question mark I have. Iowa will be a hostile environment, but what Coach Cig does so wonderfully is provide incredible amount of confidence in his teams thru his personality. who ranks the rankers??1 point

And that’s what is hypocritical about all this nonsense. The same group that picked Illinois to beat Indiana almost unanimously is the same group calling Illinois overrated. It’s also the same group that rated Illinois that high to begin with. How can you call a team that you rated, overrated? Pick a lane lol.1 point
