Female football players

How many football teams have a girl on their roster? I've seen a few female kickers over the years, but Bluffton actually has one playing on the defensive line:

Adams Central has a female kicker and a female lineman.  On point after attempts, both girls are on the field.   Our female kicker last year (older sister of our current kicker) holds the school record for consecutive after point kicks and made 1st team all state for class A

Jordan Reid, kicker at New Pal. I believe she was 7-7 EP this week.  Girl is a speedster in track and a good basketball player also. And she was Homecoming Queen this week. @Coach Nowlin , if this picture isn't allowed, please delete. We know her through AAU GBB.

Hamilton Heights Middle School has a girl on their team. Starting running back and 1st team defense also. She has played for years. Hopefully she plays next year in High School.

I believe knox has a girl on their team.

Culver has one on their middle school team.

Western Boone has a Freshman girl that is as tough as the boys

We've seen several girls playing this season with various teams. By this point of the season the games start to run together, sorry I don't have any specifics.

We had one last year, played a little bit on offense on JV.  Not here this year, not sure where she moved to.

East Central has a two female kickers,  the starter is only a sophomore.  She has very strong leg and I believe has hit from 35+.

I’ve seen EC’s kicker win a game for them in overtime against their toughest opponent to date.  She is quite impressive!  Lawrenceburg also had a female kicker from my memory.  That’s two in one conference.

North Vermillion’s kicker is McKenzie Crowder. She does a great job.

In my opinion, it wont be long before we see this trend of female kickers moving on to the next level. Not sure we will ever see it in the NFL, but college seems much more realistic.

I saw that North Vermillion's endzone camera videographer is a woman. I believe that she is the first female endzone camera videographer in the history of the Wabash River Conference.

You are correct. Her name is Annie Wickens and she does a great job getting our end zone film.

Easy Central has a female kicker and female holder

Avon has a female kicker, not 1st string but she has appeared in some games.

ahh memories... we had 223 PATs from our 4 year kicker Dyllanne Deischer from 2009-2012!!!  One of the first out there kicking as a girl in varsity football.

According to Digital Scout Forest Park kicker Abby Eckert is 15 out of 16 on extra points and 4 out of 6 on Field Goals.

Our school's 8th graders played against a local school with a female FB and OLB.....and was their 3rd best athlete.

Indian creek had JV one female kicker and one playing DB/WR.  Both played very well.

We have a girl player at South Decatur.  She is an outside LB and RB.  She earned her way on special teams last year (2020) and recovered an onside kick to seal the victory vs Springs Valley.  She got some reps for us this year and will be back again for 2022.

[Warren Central Warrior]

Warren Central had a female kicker on the team. She made history for the Warriors this past season. Jaci made most of the PATs and played soccer as well.
