I do not recall a majority consensus that DC was going to beat snider last year...

while being to lazy to go back and look I would be almost certain that the majority picked snider in that game.

DC fans were very vocal about their dominance, just like New Pal fans when they played Snider

You said North Posey was going to beat Luers easily last year.

He also said Brownstown would roll Linton.

I most definitely missed that one as well

Geez...like you guys have never gotten a pick wrong in your lives??

It's hard to ignore how Luers manhandled an undefeated Garrett team last week. To start the game by throwing a 95 yard pick six and end up winning 28-14 is utter dominance.

28-14 is utter dominance?

I guess if you figure Luers opening drive to the Garrett 5 yard line that ended up being 7pts for the Railroaders. That game was mere feet from being 35-7. So maybe dominance without the "utter"?

(2021 GS doesn’t count- not allowed to build a “super-team” of transfers and get to be considered on the list as best all-time- just my opinion)

Not just your opinion. Mine as well.

OK, fair enough.  As long as we get rid of the "utter" I can go along with that. 🙂

How much NFL blood is on Luers? 🤣🤣. Goldsberry may be the best player you've seen this season.

I assure you, Goldsberry will NOT be the best player Luers has faced this year.  Luers has faced players like Brock Schott and Landin Hoeppner (Leo), Kimar Nelson & Harold Mack (Wayne), James Early and Tristen Newsome (NorthSide) to name a few.....Goldsberry, as good as he is, isn't yet near the league of those players named.....

I'll be surprised if Heritage Hills keeps this within 3 scores. Luers has played far and away better competition in the regular season. (blah blah something about the DLine... blah)  Luers 31-6.

Who has Luers beat though?  In the regular season who has Luers beat?  Cause if we go post season wins, HH convincingly took out Memorial, a great team who beat a couple of 4 and 5 A sectional champions in the Tigers undefeated regular season.

The fact that Luers got beat by good teams tells me nothing.  Heritage Hills also played the #1  3A team in Kentucky, but you won't hear us talking much about that game because we lost.  Get the point?  I have no doubt that Luers is a great team.  I know that because they made it to the State Championship this year and won it in 2A last year.  Not because of who they got beat by.

That being said, HH 28 - Luers 14.

Please, PLEASE continue to underestimate this team and Jett Goldsberry.

I mean really, do we even know how to play football south of Bloomington???

I have seen the Goldsberry kid in person twice this season. He is definitely the real deal.

Yo, the stage is set, the spotlight’s on,
Saturday afternoon, the action’s gon’ be strong,
Lucas Oil Stadium, the crowd’s about to roar,
Heritage Hills Patriots, they’re ready to score!

The 3A Championship, it’s do or die,
Against Bishop Luers, they’re aiming for the sky,
But the Patriots, they’re focused, they’re locked in tight,
Eyes on the trophy, they're ready to fight!

With the ball in their hands, they’ll make it count,
Every yard, every pass, every hard-fought mount,
Defensive line's fierce, they're bringing the heat,
Offensive plays sharp, they can't be beat!

The roar of the crowd, the stakes are clear,
But Heritage Hills knows what they’re doing here,
They’ll run the ball, throw it deep, and defend with pride,
This championship is theirs, they won’t be denied.

So get ready for action, the game’s about to start,
Heritage Hills Patriots playing with heart,
Saturday afternoon, they’ll take their stand,
At Lucas Oil, they’re the champions of the land!

HH is really good. To say their schedule doesn't stack up with Luers' schedule is comical. I'm tired of hearing the Summit league break their arms jerking each other off. You look at the conference and not too many of them had a whole lot of success come playoff time. You could make the case they all played each other, but HH did the same thing in their own sectional. Luers didn't even play arguably the two best teams in the conference in Snider or Carroll that probably would have helped make a case for their schedule being tougher. As far as the summit league goes, they didn't exactly light it up in there nonconference games as a conference. All I'm going to say on the matter.

It's hard to bet against a guy with as badass of name as Jett Goldsberry...just sayin!

Sagarin likes Heritage Hills, to the tune of two touchdows for what it's worth. Not sure Luers' little guys can win this one.
